We handle arranging services suitable to our clients needs and making sure our professional service providers do a good job and get paid on time so they want to keep servicing our clients. We exist to offer a smoother and better experience for both our clients and our service providers by minimising the challenges of administrative or monetary delays posed by government funded support for eligible clients to ensure timely satisfaction and simplification.

01.Cleaning and housekeeping
A clean home makes daily life feel more settled. We can arrange support with general cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms, kitchens, bed making, linen changes and routine household upkeep. It suits people who need a hand keeping the home tidy, safe and comfortable.
02.Gardening
Gardens can get away quickly. We can arrange support with weeding, pruning, trimming, garden bed care, mulching, planting, green waste removal and general outdoor tidying. This can be regular support or a one off visit when the garden needs attention.
03.Lawn Mowing and Yard Maintenance
Keeping the lawn and yard under control can make the home safer and easier to enjoy. We can arrange mowing, edging, line trimming, leaf collection, pathway clearing, yard clean ups and green waste removal, without adding another job to your list.
04.Laundry
Laundry has a way of becoming a small mountain. Helpful, that. We can arrange support with washing, drying, folding and organising clothing, towels, sheets and household linen. This can also include linen changes, sorting laundry and putting items away where needed.
05.Ironing
Some items just need to be pressed and ready to use. We can arrange ironing for everyday clothing, business attire, bed linen and other household fabrics. This can be booked on its own or included as part of broader laundry support.
06.Shopping Assistance
Getting groceries and household supplies is not always simple. We can arrange support with grocery shopping, collecting everyday items, preparing shopping lists, shopping assistance and delivery of purchased goods. The focus is on making sure the home has what is needed, while keeping the client involved where possible.
07.Meal Preparation
Good meals matter, especially when cooking becomes tiring or difficult. We can arrange support with basic meal preparation, food preparation, batch cooking, kitchen clean up and meals prepared around personal needs, preferences or dietary requirements.
08.Window Cleaning
Clean windows help the home feel brighter and better cared for. We can arrange internal and external window cleaning, including glass doors, tracks, sills and the removal of dirt, dust and cobwebs. A simple job, but one people notice.
09.Gutter Cleaning
Blocked gutters can create problems around the home. We can arrange gutter cleaning, including removal of leaves and debris, clearing gutters, checking downpipes, simple blockage removal and reporting visible maintenance concerns.
10.Minor Home Tasks
Small jobs can become difficult when they involve reaching, lifting, bending or balancing. We can arrange support with non trade tasks such as changing light bulbs, smoke alarm batteries, basic furniture assembly, hanging small items and simple household adjustments.
11.Solar Panel Cleaning
Solar panels can collect dirt, dust, bird droppings and other build up over time. We can arrange surface cleaning, debris removal, checks for visible contamination and routine maintenance cleaning to help keep the system performing as it should.
12.Firewood Management
Firewood is useful. It is also heavy, awkward and unlikely to stack itself. We can arrange support with moving, stacking and organising firewood, including placing wood in easier to access areas and preparing storage for colder months.

To access DVA funding for household services as a client, you will need to follow the DVA approval process first.

How to apply
1. Speak with your GP
2. Complete an OT assessment
3. Wait for DVA's decision
With help from your GP, complete the DVA Household Services claim form, known as form D9319. Once completed, submit it to DVA at HHS@dva.gov.au.
You may need an Occupational Therapist assessment to review your activities of daily living. The Occupational Therapist will complete the D9353 form and submit it to DVA.
DVA will review your application and send you a determination letter confirming whether you are eligible for household services. Once you receive this letter, forward it to Services After Serving.
